Links: Socio-constructivism,
Historical Thinking and Online Discussion Forums
This narrative case study looks at the development of empathy and
agency, key historical thinking skills, through the analysis of students’
online discussion posts to determine the topics that students find of most
significance in history and how that interest is intertwined with their
expressions of empathy and agency in a socio-constructivist online
